Terms of Service

1. Piranha Profits RoboRay™ is a technology provided strictly for the convenience of automating trade execution to your brokerage account. Throughout the usage of Piranha Profits RoboRay™, you maintain full control over, and are wholly responsible for over any configuration or parameters relating to the execution of trades and management of positions in your brokerage account.
   
   
2. You acknowledge and understand that no part of RoboRay™ is intended to supply any investment, financial, tax or legal advice. RoboRay™ does not hold any regard for your specific investment objectives, financial situation or any of your particular needs. Any observations concerning any security, trading algorithm or investment strategy provided in the RoboRay™ are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold such investment or security or to make any other investment decisions. We offer no advice regarding the nature, potential value, risk or suitability of any particular investment strategy, trading algorithm, transaction, security, investment or services of any brokerage company. You acknowledge and agree that use of RoboRay™, any decisions made in reliance on RoboRay™, including any trading decisions or choice of strategies, are made at your own discretion and risk.
   
   
3. Piranha Profits, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible or liable in any manner for any delay, inaccuracy, error, interruption or omission throughout the provision of the trade execution automation service. In addition, Piranha Profits is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
   
   
4. All forms of investments and trading involve risk. Trading financial instruments, especially on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Employing leverage in trading can work against you as much as it can work for you. Before deciding to invest in any financial instruments you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your principal and therefore you should take serious precautions by not investing money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
   
   
5. Where any investment, trading or other professional advice is required, the services of a competent, licensed professional should be sought. No employee, agent or representative of Piranha Profits is authorized to provide any such advice pursuant to this Agreement, and any such advice, if given, is in violation of Piranha Profits’ policies, is unauthorized and may not be relied upon.
   
   
6. Piranha Ltd has a strict no refund policy. Your request for a refund will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
   
   
7. Past performance of any trading system or methodology does not necessarily indicate future results.
   
   
8. Piranha Profits, its board of directors, officers, employees or consultants do not guarantee performance will be profitable or will result in losses.
   
   
9. Piranha Ltd is the sole legal and beneficial owner of all intellectual property rights in relation to the training programme(s) herein (“Intellectual Property Rights”). Any unauthorised reproduction without the written consent of [Piranha Ltd] will be considered an infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights of [Piranha Ltd]. For the purposes of this agreement, intellectual property rights include (but are not limited to) training materials, training programmes, seminars and video recordings.

10. You must not directly, or indirectly conduct, advertise, promote or solicit any business activity in competition with Piranha Profits and all/any of its associated programmes and offers, otherwise, Piranha Profits reserves the right to revoke your participation and terminate your privileges in Piranha Profits and all/any of its associated programmes and offers, including any specified support.

11. Violators of this terms of service will have their access revoked with no warning and no refunds are allowed.
